Houston, Texas – July 30, 2018 – Geospace Technologies (NASDAQ: GEOS) today announced that it has acquired all of the outstanding common stock of Quantum Technology Sciences, Inc., a Florida-based tactical security and surveillance systems solutions provider (“Quantum”).
